Please let Southern Beautique know 48 hours prior to your appointment time if you need to reschedule your appointment. We send out text and email appointment reminders 48 hours prior to help with this issue. This allows us to go down our waitlist, in order to fill your appointment time.
For lash or facial services, Southern Beautique has a 24 hour cancellation policy of $45. This means if you text us within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, we will charge $45 to card on file or you will receive an email invoice of $45 that is due immediately.

If you do not contact us 1 hour prior to your apt time or do not contact us at all, you are considered a no show. We will charge or email invoice of 60% of the service amount you are booked for.
If you are more than 20 minutes late, you are considered a no show and will be charged accordingly.
