Reiki + Energy Work
Reiki is a gentle energy-based wellness practice centered around relaxation, stillness, and intentional connection.
Sessions offer uninterrupted time to slow down and turn your attention inward while your practitioner creates a peaceful, supportive experience personalized to you.
Some guests choose Reiki simply for relaxation, while others incorporate it into their personal mindfulness, spiritual, or self-care practices.
No prior experience with Reiki is needed — simply come as you are.

Tuesday & Wednesday 3:30-8 pm
Friday 9-3 pm
Saturday 12:30-5 pm
Sunday 12-5 pm
